​WELCOME!  Policy is for Current Members Only

 1- MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
  • A membership card & discount code is issued to each approved New-member.
  • The privileges of your membership card & discount code expire one year to date​.
  • An SL membership can be owned by one (1) person only​ (NOT an entire family)
  • A renewed membership account with Steadfast Leaders Inc. will enable the continued use of your  current  membership card & discount code.
  • The membership owner may use their discount Card benefits for them-self and also on behalf of (immediate) family only (for certain activities only AND certain rules apply)
2-   DISCOUNT VARIATION SYSTEM 20% - 30%
  • When an item is offered at full price our members receive 30% discount.
  •  When an item is already discounted then you'll receive an additional 20% off the sale price.
3-  USE OF MEMBER  DISCOUNT CODE [MD-CODE]​
  • Use the MD-Code based on your specific membership plan.
  • Your MD-Code has a Discount Purchase Limit (see #6)​ ​
  • The membership Card owner may use their discount benefits for them-self and also on behalf of (immediate) family only (for specific activities only AND certain rules apply)
  • It is NOT necessary for an MD-CODE owner to be ticketed or registered for an event in order to use their discount  privilege on behalf of qualified family members  (must follow the rules which apply)
  • However, members (only) can receive discount via our Gift Shoppe and Boutique... must show your MD card for validation.
  • We will NOT honor your Membership card/MD-CODE if and when it is presented to us by another person for a transaction (see membership terms #7 #8 #11) 
  • The following items are NOT available at a discount rate if & when purchased ON PREMISES:  Such as; Tickets, Vendor station, View booth, and Reserved table.​​
​4-  MEMBER DISCOUNT  TICKETS ​
  • If you initially purchased less than your allotted amount of discount tickets, then you may  purchase additional discount-tickets (but not to exceed your membership package limit (see #8) 
  • Your MD-CODE is NOT valid for purchase of discount ticket on premises @ Welcome Desk.
​5- MEMBERS (NON-DISCOUNT) REGISTRATION
  • We regret to inform you that DISCOUNT (REGISTRATION) is NOT offered with your Membership Discount-CODE, HOWEVER, See #6 for how to Save 30%  OFF  Registration​

​#6- HOW TO OBTAIN DISCOUNT REGISTRATION FOR YOUR FAMILY
  • If your Church is a current SPONSOR of STEADFAST LEADERS INC.  Then the Church would have a Valid Discount Code; aka (SD-CODE) 
  • Please consult with your Church secretary to verify whether there  is a Sponsor-Discount-Code.
  • Your entire family may obtain discount-registry BUT as FIRST-TIER registrants only.
  • NOTE: A church group-registration must be submitted by an official church Contact-Person only.

DID YOU KNOW?: When you register your family under a GROUP-DISCOUNT CODE you may register as many family members as you require (FIRST-TIER Only) AND you are NOT limited to just four (4) family members via group-discount registry
7- PURCHASE & CLAIMS VERIFICATION FORM [PCV-FORM]
  • MD-Code-owners are required to submit the PCV-FORM in order to conduct online discount  purchases or submit a valid claim for Members VIP Services or Referral Reward Points.
  • Members can also use the SL CONTACT FORM at the bottom of any page to submit a valid Claim for a referral Reward Point (RP) (if any)
  • Discount prices are non-refundable., but may be transferable  (see #11) (certain rule apply)​
#8- Member Discount Purchase Limit:
  • Event-Tickets .......... Four (4) per event 
  • (1) Reserved table .......... SL GALA Etc.
  • (1) Vendor Contract...... Specific events
  • (1) VIP View BOX ........... Concerts only​
  • Gift Shoppe... MD-CODE Owner only

9-  [MD-CODE] Additional Discount Transaction
  • The deadline for purchasing additional discount ticket is twenty one (21) or more days prior to an event via the Online SL Store​.    (We DO NOT accept phone-orders for tickets etc.)
10- Pre-PAID TICKETS
  • You may choose to receive your (online Pre-paid) tickets by Postal mail service.
  • You may choose to collect your (online Pre-paid) tickets at our welcome desk. 
  • Uncollected: Pre-paid tickets that was scheduled to be picked up but wasn't will become void; and no refund will be granted.​
#11- TRANSFERRING your Pre-paid Items
  • If you are unable to attend an event, then your ticket, Private View booth, Vendor station or Reserved Table is transferable to another person/s of your choice.
  • If you do not send another person/s in your place to claim any pre-paid items listed above, then your transaction will become void and non-refundable.
  • To activate & confirm a transfer, E-mail our office in advance with the name of a guest/s that will collect your transferred ticket & other products etc.
12- HOW TO CLAIM COMPLIMENTARY  *VIP SERVICES​ (If apply)
  • NOTE: VIP Seating request is not valid for the SL Retreat
  • An event ticket or registration is required prior to requesting VIP services; such as,  VIP Seating , VIP Parking & FREE GIFT CARD​
  • ​When you have confirmed that you will be in attendance @ SL Event (1-per yr only) Your $10 FREE GIFT CARD will be issued @ the Welcome Desk. (just ask SL agent)

#12. RESERVED SEATS

RESERVED SEATING: You may only request VIP-Seating to the limit stated in your Membership package. ******************************************************** (Excluding SL Retreat) Current Members may present a VIP Ticket or Registration to secure VIP Seating, *********************************************************** However you can ALSO present a (regular) admission ticket or registration @ SL Events such as; Concerts & Conferences only... And Via ADVANCE Request (only) you can enjoy a complimentary (upgrade) to VIP-seating (When available) ************************************************************ You are allowed to have guests in the reserved seating area, but ALL guests of ages four (4) years & older; must present their own genuine VIP ticket or registration or a VIP upgrade-pass ************************************************************ Reminder: VIP-Service is limited and is secured & processed in the order received ***We will respond to your request by E-mail or Text message to confirm OR decline your reservation (if &) when we are at full capacity (as apply) ************************************************************* We Do Not respond to unqualified request or a request which is submitted less-than twenty one (21) days prior to an event​. ************************************************************* E-Mail: MVIPservice@SteadfastLeaders.org

Reserved PARKING *If you require ****************************************************** NOTE: Any MEMBER may Purchase @ Discount, the use of a RESERVED PARKING SPACE (Current Event Only) ******************************************************* But Qualified (current) Members may request FREE RESERVED PARKING However, you're required to Inform us of your Vehicle Size (Ex. SUV, Regular Car Etc. ******************************************************* NOTICE: All Reserved AND Regular Parking spaces_ Purchased (& or) FREE is used at Your Own Risk! ********************************************************* By using Regular Parking Spaces (or) Reserving VIP Parking, Members agreed to indemnify Steadfast Leaders Inc. from ANY and ALL Liabilities., (including all legal fees) You will not hold us responsible for the safety and contents of your vehicle, or any borrowed or rented vehicle in your care, or any vehicle that you may have arrived in_ while attending our event., OR when Visiting our facilities for Any other Reasons. ********************************************************* You (and or) the vehicle owner/s do also agreed to abide by the Overall Steadfast Leaders Inc. Parking Regulations. ******************************************************* All RESERVED PARKING SPACES will have a Personalized Marking!
