SPONSOR ID-CARD
  1.  The SID-Card which contains your *SD-CODE is mailed to your Church office in c/o  your Sr. Leader
  2. The privileges of your SID-card and SD-CODE expire one year to date.
  3. The continued use of your SID-card and SD-CODE is dependent on the renewed validity of your sponsorship  status with Steadfast Leaders Inc.​
​THE SPONSOR'S *GROUP CONTACT PERSON (aka) GCP
  1. SPONSORS are required to have a Group Contact Person to execute ALL  (group) Discount & Non-discount transactions., including submitting valid CLAIMS for (RP) and Reservations for VIP Services  (If Any)
  2. Your (current) GCP should familiarize themself with the Sponsors Benefits, Terms & Policy.​
  3. As a courtesy, your (current) GCP will receive one (1) complimentary registration to attend your current SL RETREAT *ONLY  (Sorry! NOT valid for the SL Certificate Program registry)

 SPONSORS  COMPLIMENTARY  REGISTRATIONS  (Used for SL-RETREATS Only)​​​​​
  • We offer two (2) complimentary registrations​ to each Sponsor-Group... for exclusive use  by the Sr. Leader and Spouse (Valid when your group is officially registered @ SL RETREAT (only)

​THE SPONSOR DISCOUNT CODE  (aka) [SD-CODE]
  1. WARNING: Your SD-CODE has a (DPL) Discount Purchase Limit  ( for certain transaction only )
  2. Your SD-CODE will validate 30% discount for group-transactions at our website only; you may (if you require)  purchase products and services such as: Tickets, Registrations, VIP Lounge, ADS packages & Reserved Table.
  3. The SD-CODE is NOT valid for GROUP discount on premises. 
​PERSONAL DISCOUNT PASS  (PDP) (SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR DISMISSED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE)
  1. When on premises, A one day temporary Personal Discount-PASS  will be issued to your Ticketed/ Registered attendees... Age-range (18+ older Only)
  2. Personal Discount-Pass expire @ 8:00 PM (day of issuance)
  3. (If you require)  You may shop on premises via Thrift-store, Gift-shoppe, and Café @ 30% Discount as often as you'd like.  WARNING: the PDP is NOT replaceable If lost prior to its expiration time-frame.​​
  4. You CANNOT use the PDP for: Tickets, Registration, VIP Lounge, ADS packages, Reserved Table & Parking.​​
​SPONSORS:  GROUP-TICKETING  *How to use the DPL  Ticketing System (Discount Purchase Limit)
  1. Your SD-CODE will validate the purchase of ON-LINE discount-tickets *But not to exceed your (DPL) ​
  2. When you buy event tickets your confirmation number will be issued via Email (&) or text message.
​ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT TICKETS
  1. If you bought tickets @ less than your DPL you may buy additional discount tickets... But, to your limit (only)
  2. ​The Deadline to purchase additional discount tickets is twenty one (21) or more days prior to an event.
EXTRA TICKETS (NON-DISCOUNT)
  • To obtain (non-discount) Extra tickets, visit our online REGULAR Ticket Office or @ Welcome Desk (Day of Event)
​COLLECTING YOUR TICKETS
  1. MANDETORY: ALL (pre-paid) tickets are automatically scheduled for Pick-up @ our Welcome Desk (Day of Event)  Your *confirmation number is required when collecting group tickets. 
  2. ALL tickets that're scheduled for pick-up but wasn't is automatically voided and a refund will NOT be granted.,      and such voided tickets are NOT transferable for future use.​
​
SPONSORS GROUP-REGISTRY:  How to Use Our First, Second & Third-tier Registry System
  1. IMPORTANT: Your FIRST-TIER registrants is considered your Official (discount) group registration.
  2. There are NO Discount Purchase Limit to the number of persons you may register @ FIRST-TIER Registry FORM.  However, a FIRST-Tier group-registry must be submitted only once per event.​
  3. Second-Tier (additional) registration is OPTIONAL and NOT valid for discount.
  4. Third-Tier  (extra) registration is OPTIONAL and NOT valid for discount.​​
TRANSFERRING  (CERTAIN-PAID) ITEMS  (Please communicate with our office)
  • If you're unable to attend an SL Event, then your pre-paid ITEMS (VIP Lounge / Reserved Table) is transferable          to others of your choice., If you do not send another person in your place (current event) then your ITEMS will  become void... no longer transferable and absolutely NO Refund will be granted.

NON-TRANSFERRABLE (PAID) ITEMS  (Sorry! Videos NOT Valid)
  • Your ADS package is NOT refundable & NOT transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS *However, If and when your group is unable to attend an SL Event; we can still promote (on your behalf) your pre-paid  ADVERTISEMENT  PACKAGES such as: Banner /Brochure, Flyer & Pamphlet (if you require) 
NON-TRANSFERRABLE (FREE) ITEMS (Sorry, this is the Use it or loose it policy)
  • If and when you've submitted a Claim for a FREE Reserved Parking Space;  please give the name of a group-member that will use the Parking Space...  The space is NOT transferable to another person.  NO EXCEPTIONS​​
​VENDORS: 
  1. Currently there are NO VENDORS ALLOWED @ SL EVENTS  *NO EXCEPTIONS
  2. However, If & when Vendors are allowed access @ our SL Events, Vendors would be required to produce a mandatory Vendor insurance policy prior to receiving Vendor's contract from our office​ ​​

  • When conducting an on-line purchase (& or) submitting a valid Claim for SPONSORS VIP SERVICE  Our Sponsors are required to use their SD-CODE @ PCV-FORMS

SPONSORS (FREE) VIP SERVICE AND THE PROCESS OF SUBMITTING A CLAIM
  1. You can only request VIP-Service & FREE items to the limit that is offered in your Sponsorship package.  All requests are processed in the order received.
  2. IF you are planning to attend an SL Event you would be required to Purchase (& or) Claim your Free Registration or Tickets (if any) Prior to Requesting VIP Services such as:  Reserved Parking
  3. Advance Reservation is required twenty one (21) or more days prior to an event  *The deadline is (14) days.
  4. VIP Services are limited (per event) and subject to availability... Meaning, first requested first to be served. ​
  5. We will respond to your request by E-mail or Text message to Confirm (or) decline your reservation (if &) when we    are at full (VIP Service) capacity.  
  6. NOTICE: We Do Not respond to an unqualified request OR that which is submitted Less-than the (14) days deadline.

WE OFFER (5) FIVE TYPES of ADVERTISEMENT PACKAGES such as;
  1. VIDEO-ADS - your event promotional Video is shown on our monitor screens during an SL Event.
  2. BANNER -ADS - your printed promotional banner is displayed publicly during an SL Event.
  3. PRINTED -ADS - your promotion brochures /pamphlets /flyers are distributed to our Event guests
  4. PRODUCT-ADS - Promote (only) approved items such Books., Not permitted to sell products on premises.
  5. SL MEDIA-ADS - We can post your VIDEO, BANNER, PRINTED, PRODUCTS for display @ our Website.​
(PAID-ADS) Continue ​
  1. ​(If you require) Please contact our office for current ADS prices. 
  2. When attending SL Event, you may purchase our Discount Advertisement package (30) thirty or  more days (prior) to promote *your upcoming Church event or product.
  3. NOTICE: We DO NOT *produce videos or printed materials on premises for our ADS clientele.
  4. Your promotional materials must be in our Advertisement Office twenty one (21) or more days prior to our event.
  5. ​Your ADS must be pre-approved via our promotional criterion by SL ADVERTISEMENT OFFICE ONLY.
  6. You may hand deliver ADS materials to our office, or send by Email/ Postal mail at your Own Risk
  7. Send a Non-returnable copy of your ADS materials such as; video, print etc. we are NOT responsible for damages of your ADS materials of any kind.
  8. You are allowed to schedule one (1) event or product to be promoted (per) ADS package.
  9. We DO NOT storage your ADS/promotional materials on our premises after an event.​​​​​​​​​​
