HOW TO USE OUR REFERRAL INVITATION CARDS *Cards are available on premises (only)
- (IN ADVANCE) Write your Name & Email (clearly) on your Referral Invitation Cards and simply distribute them to your ministry colleagues & friends when you are extending an invitation.
- Please ask & encourage your referred colleagues & friends to confirm your invitation to the SL RETREAT; Confirming your referral is easy... they can simply forward your Name & EMAIL address to our office_ during their Very First group-registry & payment.
- When a new referred group has submitted a valid confirmation; a REFERRAL POINT (RPR) will be recorded in your Name *HOWEVER, If payment is NOT received from your referred new group; then their registration and your referral invitation would become NOT binding for a Referral Point.
- We'll contact you directly Via Email to inform & update you after each of your referral is confirmed & recorded.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY UNUSED RPR CODE
- One (RPR) will validate FREE registration for two (2) individuals (Adults Only)
- A Referral Point CANNOT validate a FREE (group) registration.
- NOTICE: Each Referral Point (RPR) expire one (1) year to date.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR *REFERRAL POINTS REGISTRATION CODE (RPR-CODE)
- REFERAL POINT-OWNERS: You are responsible to submit a formal claim to activate the use of your REFERRAL POINTS before it expire.
- (Submit Your Claim via Email) Simply tell us your name, state that you are submitting an RPR-CLAIM/S, also tell us the Name of the Church, Sr. Leader and the Date (Year) that you referred them to the SL Retreat.
- After we've verified your claim you'll receive an RPR-Code (per point) however, if you are claiming multiple Points at the same time; we can issue one (1) Special RPR-CODE to cover all.
HOW DO I USE MY REFERRAL POINTS (RPR)
- Here's How; during your (official) group registration; Simply ask the Group Contact Person to submit your RPR-Code on your behalf... and any other adult person/s that you'll allow to use your point/s
- Please be aware the RPR-Code is valid for SL RETREAT (only) But NOT the SL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM.
- Your RPR-Code is NOT valid for any other SL Events (unless otherwise stated)
- Your RPR-Code should be submitted via the official GR / MDR registration FORMS (ONLY) *As apply!
- You CANNOT use an RPR-CODE on premises nor @ any other type of registry FORM.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY UNUSED RPR CODE
- Once an RPR-Code is issued; the CODE will expire on the date your Church group's official registration FORM is submitted to our office.,
- If you failed to use your RPR-Code you CANNOT re-submit another Claim for an Expired RPR-CODE., therefore, you may select a registry fee option (if you require)
- If you fail to use the RPR-CODE for the number of persons it is qualified to validate, you CANNOT re-use the same RPR-CODE again.
- When you submit two (2) or more referrals in a (current) year; you'll receive one (1) additional Referral Point (RPR) for each (confirmed) referral invitation. Thank you for participating!
