Our CERTIFICATE PROGRAM (CP) is a (separate) Segment of our SUMMER SL RETREATS (JULY & AUGUST Only) However CP- Candidates are NOT required to register (separately) for the SL RETREAT... The CP registration will be sufficient to participate in All the activities of the Retreat., *Churches that would participate in the Certificate Program Must register a minimum of Four (4) candidates (or more, if you require) Use the Official (GR / MDR) FORMS (As Apply) Then Use the (ADR-FORM) If You Require Additional candidates later on. **There is Also an (EXR-FORM) Available ON-SITE (ONLY) to register Extra-Candidates (if any)

BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER EXTRA / FINAL ATTENDEES (#1) You're required to submit a SPECIAL REQUEST-FORM (in advance) for permission to bring Extra (non-registered) attendees (#2) The Request FORM is NOT a Registration Form... therefore, (#3) (If &) when your group arrive with Pr-authorized (& or) UN-authorized Extra Candidates, ALL such are required to be formally registered and submit payment., ***Please consult with our ON-SITE (3rd) Third-Tier REGISTRY AGENTS.
