SL EVENTS WHICH REQUIRE REGISTRATION (OR) TICKETING

- An individual candidate may Cancel twenty (21) or more days prior to your scheduled retreat and your Sr. Leader may send another person to attend the current scheduled seminars., If another person does not attend in your stead then your registration is temporarily placed on-hold: therefore you're eligible to participate in the next [CP] seminars
- If you failed to attend the next scheduled [CP] seminars, you may NOT transfer your registration again, and a refund will not be granted., therefore, your registration will be considered a final void.
#2- [CP] LATE Cancellation Fee:
- If a [CP] registrant cancels Less than twenty one (21) days; there's a fee of $100.00 (per) person to authorize a late cancellation and for approving the transfer of the [CP] registrant's fee, which will enable you to re-schedule their certification within one (1) year
- (IF Apply) the late cancellation fee should be paid to our Registry office prior to rescheduling your cancelled (CP) Event. However, you are permitted to pay your late cancellation fee ON-SITE (day of event) plus + $20. penalty fee.
- NOTICE: A FEE IS NOT REQUIRED, NOR VALID IF (WE) INITIATED THE EVENT CANCELLATION. *see #7a below
#3- GR & MDR GROUP CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
#4- (LATE) CANCELLATION *FEE (Paid One Time Only)
- There are NO REFUND for a Group Cancellation... but the group-registration fee is transferable to attend a future SL RETREAT (rules apply)
- You may cancel your SL RETREAT twenty one (21) or more days prior to your appointment; then you may re-schedule (one time only) to attend another SL RETREAT within (1) one year.
#4- (LATE) CANCELLATION *FEE (Paid One Time Only)
- GR-Group) If you cancel Less than twenty one (21) days; a $500.00 group-fee is required to authorize your Late Cancellation and approve the transfer of your group-registry fees... which will enable your group to re-schedule.
- MD-Group) If you cancel Less than twenty one (21) days a $375.00 group-fee is required to authorize your Late Cancellation and approve the transfer of your registry fees which will enable your group to re-schedule.
- (IF Apply) (GR & MD) Your late cancellation fee should be paid to our Registry office prior to rescheduling your cancelled Retreat., However, you may settle your Late cancellation fee ON-SITE with an additional $200 penalty fee.

- To re-schedule your cancelled SL RETREAT please use our RE-SCHEDULE FORM (only) (no phone calls)
- WARNING: be aware that a desired Re-scheduled SL RETREAT might already be registered @ Full capacity.
- SL Registry Agents will make every effort to satisfy your request and will inform you as to whether (OR NOT) your group is approved to attend and participate in the specific upcoming (re-scheduled) SL Retreat of your choice.
#6- FAILURE TO RE-SCHEDULE YOUR (CANCELLED) SL RETREAT
- If you have NOT attempted to re-schedule/ attend another SL Retreat within one (1) year, then your original SL Retreat appointment will be permanently Voided.,
- However, if you've submitted a request and was denied access because of *Full capacity; then we will extend your rescheduling timeframe with an additional two (2) months (one time only)
- If you still have NOT been able to attend (because of full capacity ONLY) within your additional allotted timeframe, then we will assertively reschedule (assign) your group to attend an upcoming SL RETREAT of our choice.
- If you failed to attend the assigned SL Retreat then your original Group Registration is permanently Voided and a Refund will NOT be granted.
#7- (SL RETREAT) INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY (VIA *GCP - ONLY)

- A single registrant's cancellation is NON-refundable but is transferable. If and when a paid registered Individual is unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person (of your choice) to attend in your stead, if another person does NOT attend in your stead then your registry fee is Voided & a refund is NOT granted.
7a- WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DECLINE YOUR *SL RETREAT & (CP) Additional Registrants
- IF we decline additional registrants, a full refund OR Credit-refund (your choice) will be issued to such persons only., NOTE: a Credit-refund is valid for a future SL-RETREAT / CP @ NO Additional charges (even if our rates have changed) furthermore, you'll have up to 2-years to use your Credit refund... However, if you failed to use the credit refund, it will be considered invalid & void after 2 yrs and we would have no further obligation.
- NOTICE: ALL Refunds /Credit refund must be requested via email by your Group Contact Person;
- If a refund is requested such will be issued to your Ch. office c/o GCP /Sr. Leader for distribution to parties involved.
- If a Credit-refund is requested you will receive a confirmation & case # number for future reference when you decide to use / validate your credit refund.
#8- RE-SCHEDULING AN SL-RETREAT WITH (EXTRA ATTENDEES)
- Optional: When rescheduling an SL RETREAT you are permitted to upgrade/ increase your group-size by registering EXTRA attendees (on premises only)

#9- RE-SCHEDULING AN SL-RETREAT (Via NEW REGISTRY RATES)
- If our registration rates have changed within the one (1) year time frame, your previously cancelled registrants are NOT required to adjust and pay the difference of the new rates (for *this Re-scheduled SL-RETREAT (ONLY)
#10- What happens to your [Group Registration Fee] when (WE) Steadfast Leaders Inc. Initiates an Event cancellation?
- Pr-registered Group Only: If & when we initiate a cancellation of SL RETREAT you may re-schedule another RETREAT within (1) one year at no additional charge; Subject to your previous group-registration which WE had cancelled (only) (NO FEES REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE)
- MD-CODE is valid for Member group FIRST-TIER *Registration only
- MD-CODE is NOT valid for discount OFF *Additional and Extra Registrations
- MD-CODE is valid for Member group FIRST-TIER & Additional (ticketing) only
- MD-CODE is NOT valid for discount OFF *Extra tickets
- Steadfast Leaders Inc. reserves the right to modify its Complimentary registration policy without prior notice... which also includes the cancellation of its complimentary registration offers/promotions_ at anytime.

- If you cancel twenty one 21 or more days prior to the scheduled event, your group registration fee is transferable and you may participate in the next JOYFUL SOUND event.
- If you cancel less than 21 days prior to the event, a refund or transfer of fee is not granted.
- If you fail to participate in the next Joyful Sound event, Steadfast Leaders Inc. will hold no further obligation toward your original registration fee.

PAID Event Tickets are Transferable (individual)
- If you are unable to attend an event, then your Paid ticket is transferable to another person of your choice... your guest may attend the current scheduled event only. If you do not send another person in your place, the ticket will be considered void.
- Your reserved table is considered officially claimed if one qualified guests attends the event and uses the table, absolutely no refund or transfer will be given to any ticket holder that failed to attend and assume their place at a reserved table.
Ticket Validation
- Please be aware that all paid tickets are valid for the scheduled event only for which the ticket was purchased., and such ticket must be used accordingly., or such ticket will be considered automatically VOID; unless Steadfast Leaders Inc. initiated an event cancellation.
What happens to your (Event Ticket Fee) when (WE) Steadfast Leaders Inc.

- If and when we initiate a cancellation of a ticketed event another such Event will be rescheduled within one year and your participation will require no additional charges.
- You are responsible to submit a request (via Email only) for an equal free ticket/s of the same kind as you had previously purchased or legally acquired. *The request for replacement of tickets can be for the (same) next event or any (1) of our future event that you would like to attend_ within the one year timeframe.
- Replacement of ticket is subject to the same kind only Ex. a cancelled VIP ticket will be replaced with a new VIP ticket
- The monetary value of a cancelled ticket is automatically equivalent to your replacement ticket value (regardless)
- Only those tickets which were purchased or legally acquired (such as free tickets) through the proper processing order of our ticketing office will be honored for replacement.
- After one year to date, Steadfast Leaders Inc. is NOT obligated to replace your cancelled ticket.
1- You Are Responsible For Your Membership and Referral Program Account/s:
- Steadfast Leaders Inc. will (only) correspond & communicate with a (GCP) Group Contact Person on behalf of a Membership Group account.
- You are responsible for all your account activities.
- You may not authorize a third party *ownership of your account.
- You are required to review your specific Membership & Referral Program policy for periodic updates.
2- Changes to our Referral & Membership programs and if we cancel such programs:
- We may change the Programs or delete features or credit earning opportunities at any time/reason.
- We may significantly change the programs and we may cancel or suspend the programs at any time.
- As noted above, upon receiving notice of the termination by Steadfast Leaders Inc. of the Programs, you will have one (1) year to redeem your points or Rewards, as described in the specific programs policy (pages) or forfeit them.
- Our cancellation or suspension may be without cause. Upon program cancellation, notwithstanding your ability to redeem your points within the time allowed, your right to use the program & accrue future points ends immediately.
- Once the program is cancelled or suspended, any data you have stored in the programs may not be retrieved later.Your personal data will not be rented, loaned or sold by us to a third party!
