GENERAL POLICY

SL RETREAT Cancellation & Transferring of Individual Fee
  • IF you would like to Cancel your scheduled SL-RETREAT please use the Official Cancellation FORM   located @ the bottom of our CALENDAR PAGE. 
  • NOTE:  We do NOT accept cancellation by Phone calls, Email, Text etc.
  • You may cancel your SL RETREAT thirty (30) or more days prior to the original scheduled appointment, then you may re-schedule (one time only) and attend another SL RETREAT within (6) six months.
  • If our rates have changed within the six months time frame, you are not required to adjust to the new rates, however, If you fail to re-schedule and attend within six months, then your original appointment will be considered void., and any other registration arrangement will include the new rates (if any)
  • When re-scheduling a previously cancelled SL RETREAT, you may upgrade your group's number of  participants by registering EXTRA guests (on premises only) @ GR-FORM #4 (if you require)

  • REMINDER: You CANNOT RE-USE REGISTRATION FORMS (1-1-2-3)
  • REMINDER: The (SD-CODE) is NOT valid for discount OFF Additional, Final & Extra registrations.
  • The cancellation policy does not pertain to individual registrant, there are no refund per-individual cancellation *exception for one time only transfer of fee.​​
  • If a pre-paid group member is unable to attend then you may transfer the use of fee to another person which may attend in their stead... if another guest does NOT attend in their stead, then the registration /fee is voided and is non-refundable., (Also see #3 below)

  • NON-Registered/ticketed Guests (ALL-AGES) CANNOT Remain on the Premises! ​​

Certificate Program * Fee is Transferable:
  • Cancel thirty (30) or more days prior to your scheduled retreat and your Senior pastor may send another person instead to attend the current scheduled seminar., If another person does not attend in your place then your registration is temporarily placed on-hold: therefore, you are eligible to attend the next scheduled certification seminar.
  • If you fail to attend the next scheduled seminar, you cannot transfer the registration to someone else, and a refund will not be granted... your registration will be considered a final void.

GROUP REGISTRATION FEE IS TRANSFERABLE
  • If you cancel twenty one 21 or more days prior to the scheduled event, your group registration fee is transferable and you may participate in the next  JOYFUL SOUND event.
  • If you cancel less than 21 days prior to the event, a refund or transfer of fee is not granted
  • If you fail to participate in the next Joyful Sound event, Steadfast Leaders Inc. will hold no further obligation toward your original registration fee.​
What happens to my [Group Registration] fee when Steadfast Leaders Inc. initiates a cancellation?
  • Pr-registered Group: If and when we initiate a cancellation of a JOYFUL SOUND event or an SL RETREAT you may re-schedule another appointment within (1) one year., at no additional charge; Subject to the previous arrangement which was cancelled (only)
  • However; If you desire to enlarge your previous (cancelled) registered group you may do so by submitting the appropriate FORM which is designed for Additional Persons registration (if apply)

PAID EVENT * TICKETING
"PAID" Event Tickets are Transferable
  • If you are unable to attend an event, then your PAID ticket is transferable to another person of your choice... your guest may attend the current scheduled event only.  If you do not send another person in your place, the ticket will be considered void. 
  • RESERVED Table is considered claimed if one qualified guests attends the event and uses the table, absolutely no refund or transfer will be given to any ticket holder that failed to attend and assume their place at a reserved table.
Ticket Validation
  • Please be aware that all paid tickets are valid for the scheduled event only for which the ticket was purchased., and such ticket must be used accordingly., or such ticket will be considered automatically VOID... unless Steadfast Leaders Inc. initiated an event cancellation. 
What happens to my (Event Ticket Fee) when Steadfast Leaders Inc. initiates an event cancellation?
  • If and when we initiate a cancellation of a ticketed event another such Event will be rescheduled within one year.,  and your participation will require no additional charge.  
  • Replacement tickets are issued upon your request only.
  • You are responsible to submit a request (via Email only) for an equal free ticket/s of the same kind as you had previously purchased or legally acquired.
  • The request for replacement of tickets must be for the (same) next event only.
  • Replacement of ticket is subject to the same kind only (Example) a cancelled VIP ticket will be replaced with a new VIP ticket.
  • The monetary value of a cancelled event ticket automatically becomes equivalent to your replacement ticket value (regardless)
Subject to; and based on our records,
  • Only those tickets which was purchased or legally acquired ​(such as free tickets) through the proper processing order of our ticketing office will be honored for replacement.​
  • After one year to date, Steadfast Leaders Inc. is not obligated to replace your cancelled ticket, we appreciate your cooperation and support!​

FOR MEMBERS, SPONSORS and RPA
1- You Are Responsible For Your Membership, Sponsorship and Referral Program Account: 
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place with your account.
  • You may not authorize a third party ownership of your account.
  • ​You are required to review your specific Membership, Sponsorship or Referral Program policy for updates and instructions periodically.
  • IMPORTANT: Steadfast Leaders Inc. will only correspond with a Contact Person on behalf of a Group Sponsorship and a group Referral Program account.
2- Changes to our Referral, Sponsors and Membership programs  and if we cancel such programs:   
  • We may change the Programs or delete features or credit earning opportunities at any time and for any reason.    
  • We may significantly change the programs. We may cancel or suspend the programs at any time.   As noted above, upon receiving notice of the termination by Steadfast Leaders Inc. of the Programs, you will have one (1) year to redeem your points or Rewards, as described in the specific programs policy (pages) or forfeit them.  
  • Our cancellation or suspension may be without cause. Upon program cancellation, notwithstanding your ability to redeem your points within the time allowed, your right to use the program and accrue future points ends immediately.  
  • Once the program is cancelled or suspended, any data you have stored in the programs may not be retrieved later.
  • Your personal data will not be rented, loaned or sold by us to a third party!​

  • VENDORS are NOT Permitted to sell FOODS, DRINKS,  EXPLOSIVES, WEAPONS, ILLEGAL, DANGEROUS, and OFFENSIVE merchandise on our premises nor at our events.  If you violate this policy rule your Vendor-station will be confiscated and closed down... and our Security Team will escort you OFF the premises immediately., And furthermore, you will NOT be allowed to return as a Vendor future Events.
  • PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT OUR VENDORS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE But may be transferable.
  • Transferable, meaning your fee could be rolled-over for use @ next qualified SL event only
  • The Vendor fee covers a Retail Station and one (1) chair​ only
  • Some Vendors may rent up to (2) two retail Station @ qualified SL events only.
  • Vendors must submit a request to rent retail stations thirty (30) or more days in advance.
  • You must cancel a reserved vendor station twenty one (21) or more days in advance in order to authorize a qualified transfer of funds.
  • If you cancel less than twenty one (21) days prior to the event, then absolutely no transfer of funds is granted. 
  • If you fail to attend & claim your retail station a refund or transfer is not granted
  • We are NOT responsible for any loss (and or) damages of your merchandise while on our property or at our events.
  • MANDATORY: Vendors must abide by our Set-up and Clean-up guidelines.
  • We will not provide storage for merchandise or supplies before, during or after an event.
  • However, if we offer an agreement to store ANYTHING the fee will be $200.00 per  1-3 days (payments to be paid by direct deposits only) and such arrangement must be set up immediately via our office.
  • Any minor or major damages caused to our property by your participation as a Vendor, will be addressed in a legal manner.

IMPORTANT Vendor Discount Information
  • We do not control the privacy policy of our Vendors,  Please be aware that discounts relating to products and services, which is owned, offered and operated by our Vendors may not be available to our members & sponsors at the SL discount level.
  • But you'll be able to use your discount code @ 30%  via Vendor station operated by Steadfast Leaders Inc.
  • However, if and when a special discount is arranged with our Vendors on behalf of Steadfast Leaders Inc.  you may expect such discounts to be no-more than 20%  and NOT less than 10% offered by our vendors.
  • If and when Vendors offer their general discount you cannot use your membership / sponsorship status to gain additional discount.
  • Furthermore, proof of Steadfast Leaders Inc. membership & sponsorship is solely up to you at such time of transaction between you and the Vendors, and any discount which may be offered by the Vendors will be indicated as such, and be aware that any such Vendor discount will be available for a limited time @ the current SL event only.
