OUR FORMAT
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
- We accept multiple group-registrations Per SL-RETREAT; Simultaneously hosting & serving various Churches.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
- All Sr. Church Leaders may register along with their Ministry Leadership Team and Support Staff. *Deacons, Ushers/Greeters, Musicians, Praise Team, Administration staff, Dept. Ministries directors & Staff etc., etc.
OUR ANNUAL SCHEDULE:
- We present and host SL RETREATS in SPRING, SUMMER & FALL seasons (only)
- Currently, there are Seven (7) Annual SL RETREATS to choose from _ starting in MAY to NOVEMBER.
- Prior to registering, View Our CALENDAR page for available Retreat DATES & CHECK-IN time-frame etc.
- Please be aware that registration is mandatory for attendees of ALL ages.
- VERY IMPORTANT: We do-not accept personal registration & payment directly from individual registrants.
- Please be aware: Each participating Church must have a designated Group Contact Person (GCP) that will be responsible to coordinate & manage your group registration process... this includes collecting all of your Attendees Names, Age-Ranges & Registry Fees... enabling the GCP to submit your official group-registration and payments due to our office efficiently *please include anyone with Reward Points & complimentary registration (If any)
- The SL registry office will communicate with the Group Contact Person on behalf of your group.
- Our Registration Guideline (below) will assist the GCP to submit your group-registry in a timely manner.
- NOTE: There are Various types of Registration FORMS available and accepted @ Our WEBSITE ONLY.
- There are NO maximum limit to the number of adult persons you may register @ FIRST-TIER Registry FORM., However, to be accepted; your (FIRST-TIER) group registration must consist of a minimum twelve 12 adults.
PR-REGISTRATION PROCESS (For Members & Non-Members)
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
- If you are a current subscribed SL Membership-Group please use the official Member Discount Registration (MDR) FORM along with the (ADR & EXR) FORMS (if you require)
- If you are NOT yet a subscribed SL Membership-Group then please use the official General Registration (GR) FORM along with the (ADR & EXR) FORMS (if you require)
- Former Membership Group: If you do Not want to reinstate & continue your membership; then please use the official General Registration (GR) FORM along with the (ADR & EXR) FORMS (if you require)
- DELINQUINT MEMBERSHIP: If your group-membership dues are in arears but you'd like to continue registering with a group-discount you can pay your dues here at our website (link below) then wait for (24) twenty four hours... when we have verified your payment-update we will contact you (via email) then enable you to IMMEDIATELY continue to use the MDR - FORM to execute your current group discount registry.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
- NOTICE: You CANNOT conduct an official group-registry at the Welcome Desk.
- However; please be aware that ALL pr-registered groups are required to submit a mandatory registration (ON-SITE) for their extra non-registered attendees (if any) (This Includes ALL Age-Ranges)
OUR THREE-TIERS REGISTRATION SYSTEM
WE USE A CUSTOM REGISTRY SYSTEM (#1st, #2nd, #3rd) TO ADMINISTER AND PROCESS OUR REGISTRATION FORMS (Use the FORMS only if its appropriate and as your group requires)

- FORMS MAY VARY: Please take a moment to carefully preview each registration FORM/S that you may use
- IMPORTANT: You are permitted to use each appropriate FORM ONLY ONCE during the registration process
- NOTE: The 1st & 2nd tiers Registry FORMS are for *Adults ONLY.
- There are four (4) types of registration FORMS available GR / MDR / ADR / EXR however, to establish and complete your final desired group-size; each church may use up to three (3) types of registry FORMS *Only.
#1. FIRST-TIER (OFFICIAL) REGISTRATION FORMS *Use Only As Apply
- Use the GR-FORM to Submit a GENERAL Official Group-Registration (Adults Only)
- Use the MDR-FORM to Submit a MEMBER'S Official DISCOUNT Group-Registration (Adults Only)
#2. SECOND-TIER Additional REGISTRATION (Optional)

- Use the ADR-FORM to submit your Additional Adult Registrants ONLY (If any) (See deadline for ADR-FORM below)

- Use the EXR-FORM to submit ALL your Extra (final) group-registrants ON SITE (Only) *If Any ***This includes your Extra: Adults, Teens, Juniors, Youth, Intods & CP-Adults.
- You are required to submit a SPECIAL REQUEST-FORM (in advance) for *Permission to bring Extra Attendees.
- The Request FORM is NOT a Registration Form... therefore,
- (If &) When your group arrive with Pr-authorized (& or) UN-authorized Extra attendees then please consult with our (ON-SITE) THIRD-TIER REGISTRY AGENTS to submit the EXR-FORM (Mandatory)
- Your Pr-authorized extra Adults, CP-Adults, Teens, Juniors & Youth are required (mandatory) to be formally registered & submit payment ON-SITE
- NOTE: Your Extra (Pr-authorized) INTODS will receive FREE (but mandatory) registration
UN-AUTHORIZED EXTRA ATTENDEES
- ALL UN-authorized: extra Adults, CP-Adults, Teens, Juniors, Youth and INTODS are required to be formally registered and submit payment ON-SITE *NO EXCEPTIONS!
- REMINDER: ALL types of registries (including ON-SITE) must be submitted (via GCP or a Church Rep. ONLY)
HOW TO AQUIRE A PERMANENT SL GROUP ACCOUNT NUMBER
- MANDATORY: ALL NEW groups are required to use this temporary Account number #SL-8152011 at your (first) Official group registration FORM *USE ONE (1) TIME ONLY!
- After using the temporary account number each group will receive their own permanent account number for exclusive use @ any other FORM/S., also for use when conducting any future business with us *if you require
SPECIAL INSTRUCTION: To submit delinquent membership (back) payments for one or multiple months; simply click on each month due and submit it to the Shopping Cart then pay the grand-total. THANK YOU!

REGISTRATION PAYMENT PROCESS & METHODS
- Please forward the necessary payments for all registrants that are*required to pay Per Submitted Registry FORM.
- Notice: Your eligible complimentary registrants will NOT show on the Payment Invoice, All such registrants will be processed in our office_ when you submit the FORM (REMINDER: Use a registry FORM ONLY ONCE)
- If you've missed the opportunity to submit a FREE registration at the GR/MDR FORMS we are so sorry but there will be NO recovery., NO EXCEPTIONS! However, if the registrant still wants to attend they'd be required to submit payment @ FORM (ADR or EXR) *only
- After you submit a Registration FORM, you are able to CHECK OUT & PAY right here @ our website via our SHOPPING-CART which is linked at the bottom of each registry FORM page.
- We accept All major Credit /Debit Cards, Also Certified Bank Check (Payable to: STEADFAST LEADERS Inc.)
- Mailing Checks: Payment must be postmarked within five (5) days after submitting a Registry FORM.

GROUP-REGISTRY CONFIRMATION
GROUP (ON-SITE) VERIFICATION & CHECK-IN PROCESS
- A final confirmation is sent to the GCP two (2) weeks prior to your SL RETREAT via E-mail (& or) Text message. Your Group contact-person must acknowledge receiving the final confirmation from our office (ASAP)
GROUP (ON-SITE) VERIFICATION & CHECK-IN PROCESS
- A Group Contact Person must be present and available to communicate with our WELCOME DESK Agents during the Group VERIFICATION and CHECK-IN process (head count etc.)
- Pr-registered groups with NO extra attendees will be VERIFIED and officially CHECKED-IN promptly upon arrival.
IMPORTANT: View our POLICY Page prior to: CANCELING and RE-SCHEDULING an SL RETREAT *If you want to CANCEL your participation in the upcoming SL-RETREAT please use the Official Cancellation FORM., Located @ the bottom of our CALENDAR page. *AND,
If you want to RE-SCHEDULE your previously cancelled SL-RETREAT, Use the Official Re-scheduling FORM
