​OUR FORMAT: 
  • For each SL RETREAT we accept (various) group-registrations; simultaneously hosting several Churches.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
  • Pastor & spouse along with Lay-ministry leaders & other support staff., family members are also welcome!
FACILITIES
  • Our seminars & workshops are facilitated via Indoor and Outdoor meeting spaces such as; our custom Pergolas and Gazebos., you'll have access to Private Parking, Restrooms, Fellowship Park, Indoor & Outdoor Dining Pavilions, Shopping on premises and more.
ANNUAL SCHEDULING:
  • We present and host SL Retreats in SPRING, SUMMER and FALL (only)  *Winter Retreats are NOT available.
  • There are Seven (7) Annual SL RETREATS to choose from _ starting in MAY to NOVEMBER.
  • Each year you may choose to register your group & participate in any SL RETREAT (of your choice)
  • Prior to Registering, View our *Calendar page for available SL Retreat DATES, the AGENDA and our CHECK-IN time-frame... Currently, SL RETREATS are scheduled on SATURDAYS only.​​​​

REGISTRATION POLICIES​ 
  1. ​​We accept Group-registrations only.
  2. Registration is MANDATORY for participants & attendees of ALL age ranges (0-3)  (4-8)  (9-12)  (13-17)  (18+) 
  3. We offer complimentary registration to certain age-ranges at specific registry FORMS only. 
  4. (OVER-ALL) IF Ten (10) or more TEENS / JUNIORS/ YOUTH Per Age Range are PRE-registered we will provide separate age appropriate activities... otherwise there will be special combined sessions for the age-ranges.
  5. Group registration FORMS must be submitted by a (GCP) Group Contact Person and the FORMS are accepted  via our Website in Advance only.
  6. IMPORTANT: We DO NOT accept payments directly from individual registrants., Therefore, we humbly    suggest that ALL registration fees should be forwarded to the care of the ​Church office for conducting your  group-registration payment.
  7. Our customized Registry CODE System (SD) (GR) (AD-2) & (AD-3) is used to administer and process our  FIRST and SECOND-Tier Registration FORMS... the registry Code system also make it easier for a GCP to keep track of their group registration progress.​
  8. A group-registration is NOT valid until it is paid in full. (this includes your AD-3 Registrants *If any
  9. IMPORTANT:  The Registry System does NOT VALIDATE your over-all group-registration (If &) when a FORM is Re-used., meaning; the registry system is progressive and you may use any FORM/S (As you require) but you are allowed to use each ONLY ONCE during the registration process.​
  10. NOTICE: There are NO DISCOUNT available @ (GR) & (AD) Registration FORMS.​​
  11. INTODS (Infants & Toddlers) (0-3) years old are the only age-range that may submit a FREE registration at    the SECOND-TIER REGISTRY FORMS.
  12. You CANNOT Transfer a FREE Registration opportunity to another person who has already paid their registration fee... WHY? Because an individual's paid registry is Non-refundable.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

  14. MANDATORY: Your FIRST-TIER group-registration must consist of a Minimum twelve (12) or more Adults.
  15. (FORMS MAY VARY) Please take a moment to ​carefully preview any registration FORM/S that you may use.​  
TEMPORARY GROUP ACCOUNT NUMBER # (Use One Time Only)  
  • MANDATORY:  All NEW groups are required to use this temporary Account Number #SL-8152011,  when submitting your Very First Registration FORM... afterwards we will issue a permanent group account  #number to your Church for (exclusive) use on any other FORM (If you require) ​​​​​

​PREPARING FOR (ON-SITE) REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Please be AWARE that Extra Group-Seating is issued by permission only, and as there are several groups requesting to bring extra persons *Extra seating is issued on a first requested basis only.
  1. You will need our PERMISSION fourteen (14) or more days in advance to bring EXTRA non-registrants, Therefore, please DO NOT bring any unauthorized persons (ALL ages) which legally CANNOT and will Not remain on the premises.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  ***GCP We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
  2. If your group is approved to bring Extra guest/s then you are required to bring a Valid Payment Option/s      such as, Certified Check, Cash or Debit Card this will enable you to submit the required On-Site Registration & Payment-due for your Extra Adults, Teens, Juniors & Youth.                                                                                                  FYI: Personal and Ch. Checks are NOT accepted for On-Site Registration payments  *NO EXCEPTIONS!
  3. The Extra Guests PERMISSION FORM (below) will be processed in the order received.

GROUP-REGISTRY  CONFIRMATION​
  1. Final confirmation is sent to the GCP two (2) weeks prior, via E-mail (& or) Text message.
  2. Contact-person must acknowledge receiving the final confirmation from our office (ASAP)

ON-SITE GROUP VERIFICATION & CHECK-IN:
  1. A Group-Contact-Person (GCP)​ must be present & available to communicate with the WELCOME DESK AGENTS_  during our Group VERIFICATION & CHECK-IN Process.
  2. ​Mandatory: Every registrant/attendees (of all ages) are subject to our final onsite verification (head count) prior to your entire Group CHECK-IN @ The Welcome Desk.
  3. Pre-registered groups with NO Extra guest/s will be VERIFIED and officially CHECKED-IN promptly upon arrival...  However,     If your group arrive with (approved) Non-registered Guest/s your group will NOT be Checked-In... Until the (GCP) completes the required AD-FORM #3 and submit Payment Due for your extra attendees...           Please Consult with our SECOND-TIER REGISTRY AGENTS Immediately upon arrival.​

MISC.: INTODS, YOUTH, JUNIORS & TEENS
  • Parents / Guardians are responsible for their (0-3) year old., as there are NO formal activities designed for them.
  • Ages (0-3) is NOT allowed to participate in activities (if any)  designed for ages (4-8) (9-12)  
  • Ages (4-8) & (9-12) years old are NOT permitted to participate in the (13-17) age-range activities. (if any)​​
