REGISTRATION POLICIES, RULES & RELATED INFORMATION

1- SL SYSTEM OF OPERATIONS
- We host & serve various churches simultaneously., accepting multiple group-registries Per SL-RETREAT.
2- WHO SHOULD ATTEND
- All Sr. Church Leaders are invited to bring their Laity leadership team and support staff.
3- SL ANNUAL SCHEDULE
- SL RETREAT is presented in the SPRING, SUMMER & FALL Seasons (Only)
- Currently we have seven (7) Annual RETREATS to choose from., starting in MAY through to NOVEMBER (Only)
- Before you register; please view our CALENDAR page to choose your most convenient Retreat DATE.
- Please be aware that registration is mandatory for attendees of ALL ages (more details @ #16)
- VERY IMPORTANT: We do-not accept personal registration & payment directly from individual registrants.
- ALL participating churches must have a designated Group Contact Person (GCP) that is responsible to coordinate and manage your group-registration process., Our Registry-Office will communicate with the GCP on your behalf.
- To enable the GCP to submit your official group-registration and payments-due efficiently; this would include the GCP collecting all your Attendees Names, Age-Ranges & Registry Fees., Also, be sure to include your qualified complimentary registrants (If any)
- We use a 1st, 2nd, 3rd (three-tiers) custom registry system to administer and process the four (4) types of Registration FORMS which are available and accepted @ Our WEBSITE ONLY... the registry system makes it easier for the GCP to manage your group registration process.
- To establish & complete your desired group-size you may use up to three (3) appropriate registry FORMS (ONLY)
- VERY IMPORTANT: You may use each appropriate FORM ONLY ONCE during the registration process.
- The 1st-tier registry FORMS are used (as apply) (GENERAL / MEMBER) to present your Official group-registration
- NOTICE: Please be aware that *Members official discount group-registration is available @1st-tier (ONLY)
- The 2nd & 3rd-tiers are OPTIONAL non-discount Registry FORMS which are available to Both GENERAL (&) MEMBER groups... these FORMS are designed to register your (Additional / Extra) group-attendees (if any)
- Note that (if &) when registration is @ FULL capacity; we reserve the right to decline 2nd (& or) 3rd-tier registrants.
- FORMS MAY VARY: please take a moment to carefully preview each registry FORM/S that you may use.
- NOTE: Your official group-registration must consist of a minimum twelve 12 paid Adults (or more, if you require)
- A final confirmation is sent to the GCP via E-mail (& or) Text message three (3) weeks prior to your SL RETREAT;
- The Group Contact Person must be present & available ON-SITE to communicate with our WELCOME Desk Agents., However, please notify us if someone else will (instead) represent your group as the *On-site GCP
- WARNING: You CANNOT submit an official group-registration at the WELCOME DESK; however, please be aware ALL pr-registered groups (General & Members) are mandatorily required to submit our (3rd tier) ON-SITE registry FORM to incorporate your Extra non-registered group-attendees of ALL Age Ranges (If any)

PERMANENT GROUP ACCOUNT NUMBER (PGA#) ALL NEW GROUPS are required to use this temporary account number #SL-8152011 @ your 1st-tier official registry FORM (USE ONE (1) TIME ONLY) After using the temporary account number you'll receive a Permanent Group Account Number for exclusive use @ any other FORM/S., Also for use (If &) when you are conducting any future business with Steadfast Leaders Inc. REGISTRATION RATES & PAYMENT METHODS
- All Rates are Per-person and varies (slightly higher) @ each type of registry Form.
- Rates are Non-refundable but may be transferable (view our General policy)
- Please send payment Payable to STEADFAST LEADERS Inc. We accept all major Credit /Debit Cards / Certified Bank Check;
- Submit a Registration FORM then CHECK OUT & PAY via our SHOPPING-CART which is linked at the bottom of each Registry page.
- Please forward Group-payment In-full to cover ALL Pr-registrants that're required to pay *Per submitted registry FORM.
- Mailing: To validate your registration, A Certified check payment must be postmarked within five (5) days after submitting a Registry FORM.
- Direct Deposit (if you require) Group payments could be submitted via Cash-App, Zelle & Venmo (Contact Us)
- Payment is accepted ON-SITE for EXTRA registrants only., via CASH & or DEBIT CARD (Only)
- Rates are Inclusive of: Registration, Seminars, Workshops, 2-Meals, Materials, Special activities, & Leisure time.
