1- SL SYSTEM OF OPERATION
  • We host and serve various churches simultaneously., ​​accepting multiple group-registries Per SL-RETREAT.
2- WHO SHOULD ATTEND
  • Sr. Church Leaders are invited to bring or send their laity leadership team & support staff.​​
3- ANNUAL CALENDAR SCHEDULE
  • The ​SL RETREAT is presented in the SPRING, SUMMER & FALL Seasons (Only)​​​
  • Before you register; please view our CALENDAR page to choose your most convenient SL-Retreat Date.
  • We have seven (7) Annual Retreats for you to choose an option., starting from MAY to NOVEMBER (Only)
  • The SL Registry office is open all year round for processing on-going registrations which will ensure that your group will have the opportunity to participate in any up-coming SL-RETREAT of your choice (View our registration guidelines below)​​

HERE'S A QUICK OVERVIEW ABOUT THE SL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM (CP) Please be aware: #1- Our CERTIFICATE PROGRAM (CP) is a separate segment of the SUMMER SL RETREATS in JULY & AUGUST (ONLY) #2- All participants must be (18) years and older And should be endorsed (approved) by their Sr. Leader (ONLY) *#3- The (CP) requires separate registry FORMS & FEES *#4- Churches that would participate must register a minimum of four (4) or more candidates (if you require) *#5- A (minimum) total of (20) twenty candidates must be registered OVERALL in order to facilitate the Certification Seminars., View the Certificate Page for the appropriate Registry FORMS (GR) (MDR) (ADR)

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR (OFFICIAL) GROUP-REGISTRATION:
  1. Please be aware that registration is mandatory for attendees of ALL ages.. however, minors (ages 0-17 years old) are permitted to register as Extra group-attendees (on-site only)
  2. VERY IMPORTANT: We do-not accept personal registration & payment directly from individual  registrants.    ​
  3. ALL participating churches must have a designated Group Contact Person (GCP) that is responsible to coordinate and  manage your group-registration process., Our Registry-Office will communicate with the GCP on your  behalf.
  4. To enable the GCP to submit your official group-registration and payments-due efficiently; this would include the GCP  collecting all your Attendees Names, Age-Ranges & Registry Fees., Also be sure to include your qualified complimentary  registrants (If any) 
  5. We'll accept your official group-registration (Via GCP) two (2) or more months in advance (only)​​​​​
  6. ​We use a 1st, 2nd, 3rd (three-tiers) custom registry system to administer and process the four (4) types of Registration FORMS which are available and accepted @ Our WEBSITE ONLY... our registry system makes it easier for the GCP to manage your group registration process.​
  7. The 1st-tier registry FORMS  (GR /MDR) are used (as apply) to present your Official group-registration ONLY... and such must consist of a minimum twelve 12 (or more) Adults.
  8. Please be aware that *Members official discount group-registration is available @ 1st-tier (MDR-FORM) ONLY.
  9. The 2nd & 3rd-tiers are OPTIONAL non-discount Registry FORMS; which are available to Both General & Member  groups... these FORMS (ADR /EXR) are designed to register your Additional / Extra group-attendees (if any) ​
  10. NOTICE (if &) when registration is @ FULL capacity; we reserve the right to decline 2nd (& or) 3rd-tier registrants.​
  11. To establish & complete your desired group-size you may use up to three (3) appropriate registry FORMS Only.
  12. ​VERY IMPORTANT: You may use each appropriate FORM  ONLY ONCE during the registration process.
  13. ​FORMS MAY VARY: please take a moment to ​carefully preview each registry FORM/S that you may use.​​​​
  14. A final confirmation is sent to the GCP via E-mail (& or) Text message three (3) weeks prior to your SL RETREAT;  ​
  15. The Group Contact Person must be present & available ON-SITE to communicate with our WELCOME Desk Agents.,  However, if GCP cannot attend please notify us if someone else will (instead) represent your group as the *On-site GCP
  16. WARNING: You CANNOT submit an official group-registration at the WELCOME DESK; However, please be aware ALL pr-registered groups (General & Members) are mandatorily required to submit our (3rd tier) ON-SITE registry  FORM... to incorporate your Extra non-registered group-attendees of ALL Age Ranges (If any)​​​​​

TRANSFERRING A COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION (Certain Adults Only)
  1. IMPORTANT: The Sr. Leader & Spouse of a Membership Group CANNOT transfer their FREE registration (if any)
  2. Other ADULTS may transfer a FREE Registration to the (18+) Age-range (Only) via GR / MDR Forms ONLY., Here's how, Prior to your official group-registration you may Gift transfer your FREE registry to another adult and the Free-registration will be recorded in their name., OR, if you are pr-registered but is unable to attend/ participate you may  send an adult to take your place instead.
  3. Complimentary Adult registration is NOT transferable to persons that has already paid their registry fee *NO Refund!
  4. Sorry, there's NO recovery If you missed the opportunity to transfer a FREE registration.
