  2. After confirming the group-cancellation with your Sr. Leader we will issue a cancellation #number to your church office., this number is required when you are Rescheduling your SL Retreat /CP group.
  3. (SL RETREAT *ONLY) Late cancellation Fee can be paid Now (or) pay later with an additional penalty fee of $200.00 per group _ when you submit the Re-schedule FORM
  4. CERTIFICATE PROGRAM *ONLY:  If a CP-group/ individual cancels late the Late fee is per Adult... You can pay now (or) later with a penalty fee of twenty $20 per person_ when you submit the Re-schedule FORM
