1. ​SL RETREAT: Use the Form (below) to cancel a group (only) there's a basic late cancellation Fee which can be Pre-paid Now (or) you can pay later with an additional penalty fee of $100.00 per group when you Re-schedule
2. CERTIFICATE PROGRAM (CP) If a group/ individual cancels late; the basic late cancellation is fee per Adult, you can pre-pay now (or) pay later with a penalty fee of twenty $20 (per-person) *GCP please note if group or individual cancellation
3. After confirming the group-cancellation with your Sr. leader we will issue a cancellation #number to the GCP / church office., this number is required when you are Rescheduling your SL Retreat /CP group.
