Leadership Burn Out can be avoided, Church leaders are over worked and must take control of their time management, VACATIONS are a necessity in our lives, Jesus ALWAYS instruct us to NOT be Afraid in many situations in scriptures, We are not afraid to work for the kingdom of God., but we must not be afraid to take time to rest and unwind.
