MEMBER ID-CARD
- The MID-Card which contains your *MD-CODE is mailed to your Church office in c/o your Sr. Leader
- The privileges and benefits of your MID-card and MD-CODE expire one year to date.
- The continued use of your MID-card and MD-CODE is dependent on the renewed validity of your membership status with Steadfast Leaders Inc.
YOUR *GROUP CONTACT PERSON (aka) GCP
- All Group Contact Persons must be age (18) years or older
- Members are required to have a Group Contact Person to execute ALL (group) Discount & Non-discount transactions., including submitting valid Reservations for VIP Services (If Any)
- Your (current) GCP should familiarize themself with the Members Benefits, Terms & Policy... and All other important Website information,
- GCP DISCOUNT: As a courtesy, your (current) GCP will receive one (1) complimentary registration to attend your current SL RETREAT *ONLY (Sorry! NOT valid for the SL Certificate Program registry)
MEMBERS COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATIONS (Used for SL-RETREATS Only)
- We offer two (2) complimentary registrations to each Member-Group... for exclusive use by the Sr. Leader and Spouse (Valid when your group is officially registered @ SL RETREAT (only)
MEMBER DISCOUNT CODE (aka) [MD-CODE]
- WARNING: Your MD-CODE has a (DPL) Discount Purchase Limit ( for certain transaction only )
- Your MD-CODE will validate 30% discount for group-transactions at our website only; you may (if you require) purchase products and services such as: Tickets, Registrations, & Reserved Table.
- If payment of your membership subscription fee is in arrears then you CANNOT use your membership discount (MD) Code until all back fees are paid to update and re-instate your membership status (FYI: A New Member Subscription is NOT required to update your status)
- The MD-CODE is NOT valid for GROUP discount on premises.
PERSONAL DISCOUNT PASS (PDP) (SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR BE DISMISSED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE)
- When on premises, A one day temporary Personal Discount-PASS will be issued to your Ticketed OR Registered attendees... Age-range (18+ older Only)
- Personal Discount-Pass expire @ 8:00 PM (day of issuance)
- (If you require) You may shop on premises via Thrift-store, Gift-shoppe, and Café @ 30% Discount as often as you'd like. WARNING: the PDP is NOT replaceable If lost prior to its expiration time-frame.
- You CANNOT use the PDP for: Tickets, Registration, Reserved Table & Parking.
MEMBERS: GROUP-TICKETING *How to use the DPL Ticketing System (Discount Purchase Limit)
- Your MD-CODE will validate the purchase of ON-LINE discount-tickets *But not to exceed your (DPL)
- When you buy event tickets your confirmation number will be issued via Email (&) or text message.
- If you bought tickets @ less than your DPL you may buy additional discount tickets... But, to your limit (only)
- The Deadline to purchase additional discount tickets is twenty one (21) or more days prior to an event.

MEMBERS GROUP-REGISTRY: How to Use Our First, Second & Third-tier Registry System
- To obtain (non-discount) Extra tickets, visit our online REGULAR Ticket Office or @ Welcome Desk (Day of Event)
- MANDETORY: ALL (pre-paid) tickets are automatically scheduled for Pick-up @ our Welcome Desk (Day of Event) Your confirmation number is required when collecting group tickets.
- ALL tickets that're scheduled for pick-up but wasn't is automatically voided and a refund will NOT be granted., and such voided tickets are NOT transferable for future use.
MEMBERS GROUP-REGISTRY: How to Use Our First, Second & Third-tier Registry System
- IMPORTANT: Your FIRST-TIER registrants is considered your Official (discount) group registration.
- There are NO Discount Purchase Limit to the number of persons you may register @ FIRST-TIER Registry FORM.
- REMINDER: FIRST-Tier Group-Registration FORM can be submitted (ONLY ONCE)
- Second & Third-Tier (additional /Extra) registration is OPTIONAL and NOT valid for a discount.
NON-TRANSFERRABLE (FREE) ITEMS (Sorry, this is a Use it or Loose it policy)
- If and when you've submitted a Claim for a FREE Reserved Parking Space; please give the name of a group-member that will use the Parking Space... The space is NOT transferable to another person. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Currently there are NO VENDORS ALLOWED @ SL EVENTS *NO EXCEPTIONS

- When conducting an on-line purchase (& or) submitting a valid Claim for MEMBERS VIP SERVICE Our Members are required to use their MD-CODE @ PCV-FORMS

MEMBERS (FREE) VIP SERVICE AND THE PROCESS OF SUBMITTING A CLAIM
- You can only request VIP-Service & FREE items to the limit that is offered in your Membership package. All requests are processed in the order received.
- IF you are planning to attend an SL Event you would be required to Purchase (& or) Claim your Free Registration or Tickets (if any) Prior to Requesting VIP Services such as: Reserved Parking
- Advance Reservation is required twenty one (21) or more days prior to an event *The deadline is (14) days.
- VIP Services are limited (per event) and subject to availability... Meaning, first requested first to be served.
- We will respond to your request by E-mail or Text message to Confirm (or) decline your reservation (if &) when we are at full (VIP Service) capacity.
- NOTICE: We Do Not respond to unqualified request OR that which is submitted Less-than the (14) days deadline.
