- NOTE: The Official Parking Regulations are still in effect regarding the (EOP)
- A $200.00 fee is charged (Per 24 Hrs.) starting @ 8:PM to 8:PM for Any Over-Night Parking... There are NO other fees charged such as a (Pick-up & release fees etc.) unless your Vehicle had to be towed away.
- Mandatory: A valid Driver's License & Debit Card is required on File for possible incurred parking fees, However, before you leave your Vehicle for overnight parking; you must pay a $200 fee via Cash OR debit card (only) to cover the first (24) hours of your Emergency Parking, Please keep the Vehicle Key with you, we are NOT responsible for Keys.
- NOTICE: If you pick up the Vehicle within (24) hours (by 8:PM next day OR by 8:PM on Any other day of pick-up; you'll receive a 50% Refund of your (EOP) Fee in the amount of ($100.00) back for that Current Day ONLY.
- On Pick Up Day: Please Call, Text or Email us Not less than five (5) Hrs. (In advance) for permission to enter our premises;
- ADVANCE NOTICE: We have done our Part by keeping your Vehicle on our Private-property and Off the street., therefore, IF your Vehicle was Parked on our premises for more than one (1) day and your Emergency Parking fees were NOT paid via the Debit Card in our files (insufficient funds etc.) then please be aware that *before your Vehicle can be officially released back to you; the total amount due Must be paid via CASH or CERTIFIED Bank Check ONLY.,

- Group registration must be submitted by (GCP) Group Contact Person via our website and in advance only.
- Registration is MANDATORY for ALL age ranges (0-3) (4-6-9) (10-12) (13-17) (18+)
- Currently, we are offering complimentary registration to the (GCP) and (0-3) only
- NOTICE: A complimentary (FREE) registration is transferrable.
- (OVER-ALL) If twelve (12) or more (TEENS 13-17) (JUNIORS 10-12) (YOUTH 4-9) (per age range) are PR-registered then we will provide separate age appropriate activities; otherwise, there will be special combined sessions for the (4-9 / 10-12) age-ranges and the (13-17) age-range will be combined with the adult sessions.
- Our Customized Registry CODE System (SD) (GR) (AD-2) & (AD-3) is used to administer and process our FIRST and SECOND-Tier Registration FORMS... the registry Code system also make it easier for a GCP to manage their group registration process.
- The (GR) registration FORM is used to submit a (General) official group registry @ (NO Discount)
- The (SD) registration FORM is used to submit an official (Sponsor) group discount registration.
- The (AD-2) & (AD-3) FORMS offer optional registration; both General & Sponsor groups may use the AD Forms to increase their number of group registrants (as you require) however, the AD FORMS DO-NOT offer discount.
- IMPORTANT: We accept group payments only, We DO NOT accept payments directly from individual registrant.
- An official group-registration is NOT valid until it is paid in full... this includes AD-2 & AD-3 registrants (If any)
- IMPORTANT: The Registry System does NOT VALIDATE your (over-all) group-registration (If &) when a FORM is Re-used., meaning; the registry system is progressive; therefore you may use any FORM/S (As you require) but you are permitted to use each Form ONLY ONCE during your registration process.
